Customer Support Representative - Leeds, United Kingdom - Channel B Ltd
Description
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via various ace to face channels
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and multitasking
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role
Job Types:

From £23,721.20 per year
