Description

Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via various ace to face channels
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
  • Utilize phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

Experience:


  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and multitasking
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,721.20 per year
