Responsibilities:
- Process Kia warranty claims and ensure accurate entry of information into the system
- Review and proofread warranty documents, technician writeups and photographs for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with project coordination and tracking of warrantyrelated activities
- Maintain organized files and records of warranty claims.
- Assist in maintaining parts room and inventory
- Assist customers with Aftersales enquiries where required.
Skills:
- Motor Trade experience greatly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 33 per week
Salary:
£20,677.00-£23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

- Automotive: 1 year (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
