Up to £55,000 with a total package up to £73,975 (Car, Bonus, Pension)

Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?


As a Business Area Manager you will lead the Industrial Site Services for the Southern region to deliver operational excellence.

The Business Area Manager will support the Head of Industrial Site Services by supporting the continuous improvement of the company'sbusiness performance through maximising efficiency, productivity and commercial development.


The Business Area Manager will manage 5 direct reports and provide full support to ensure they are successful within their role by setting smart objectives.


  • Own all aspects of the commercial and operational performance of the business.
  • Ensure safe systems of work are provided for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Fleet are compliant.
  • Support the development of the site to maximise opportunities to grow revenue, reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
  • Own and manage depot P&L budget.
  • Manage the recruitment process for the Stewartby depot.

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
