My client, a fantastic market leading agent, are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in their office based in Keighley.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progressyour career within this well-established and regarded agency.


Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:

  • Management of lettings team
  • front and back office staff
  • Coaching, mentoring and 11 with current team to develop
  • Dealing with rental clients and landlords
  • Liaising with the other Directors to help manage the lettings business
  • Control and manage profitability and business plan for future months and years

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:

  • Lettings experience (lettings manager, lettings area manager, etc)
  • Proven track record in lettings
  • Local area knowledge
  • Track record developing previous brand/agents
  • Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment and drive a team to success
