Description

Food and Beverage Assistant

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant or catering setting
Take food and drink orders and accurately
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for functions

Experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as working in a restaurant or catering environment
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking.
