MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supports the Logistics Manager to monitor and update the Construction Logistics Plan.
  • Interfaces within the Logistics Team to ensure coordination and implementation of logistics works is in line with and supports the overall allocated project deliverables.
  • Supervise the logistics supply contractors.
  • Support Works Managers to resolve any logistics issues.
  • Liaise with the Route Wide logistics team and sublot site teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the compliance on site accesses.
  • Monitoring of white fleet.
  • Order aggregates for site teams in absence of Materials Controller
  • Cover for Logistics Manager.
  • Input and approve labour only supply weekly hours onto the online timesheet system.
  • Assist in the management of road sweepers.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • CSCS Card
  • Experience and skills of managing on site labour.
  • Computer literate (Excel/Word)
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
