As a Waiting Staff member at West End Brasserie, you will play a pivotal role in creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, making them feel welcome and special.
- Take accurate and detailed orders, paying close attention to any guest preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Monitor tables to anticipate and fulfil guests' requests, creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain communication with the kitchen team, conveying any guest special requests, or modifications to ensure a flawless dining experience.
- Assist in closing duties, including settling guest bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring tables are reset for the next guests.
- Showcase your personal flair and creativity to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in the job role is essential
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
