Description

Due to UK growth, we are looking to expand our UK HR Team and are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor.

Reporting to the UK HR Manager, the HR Advisor will act as a 'front-line' human resource representative for delivery of services and support to regional line management and employees.

This includes implementation of policies and support the areas of employee relations, talent management, recruitment and global working.


_Education_

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Human Resources is required
  • CIPD Qualified

_Experience:
_
years of experience in HR Advisor role

  • Experience ideally from Drilling Contractor or Service Company background.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and HR systems.
  • Previous experience with dealing with unions
  • International/global working experience advantageous
  • IR35 compliance
