The job
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our busy and successful Aftersales Department for an experienced
Service Advisor.

Competitive basic salary offered dependent on experience plus bonus scheme.

Full Time, 5 days/40 hours per week.

Monday to Friday. Applicants will be required to work Saturday mornings as overtime on a rota basis.

Working hours, 8.30am to 5pm.

The Role
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the successful Service Advisor role will involve:

Working alongside a team of Service Advisors and being responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
Greeting customers in to the service department, liaising with the parts department and workshop controller to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.
Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving all issues through to your customer's satisfaction, following the protocols set out by the dealership.
