    Domestic Carpenter Multi Trader - Repairs

    We are recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi Trades with additional skills in basic plumbing, electrics and patch plastering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
    • Work to Scope of Works on a Planned Delivery Agreement (PDA) for each job

    Requirements:

    • Full UK manual driving license
    • Own tools required
    • Experience of working in social housing is ideal
    • DBS certificate

    Benefits:

    Working Hours:

    8am-5pm Monday to Friday with call-outs as required, approximately once every 4 weeks. On-call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm-1am (£35-£50 per call-out).

    Location:

    The role will involve work and travel in the South West London area, with regular travel between postcodes SE11, SE21, SE27 and SW9.
