Description

An exciting, fast paced fixed term contract for an experienced Marketing Manager with a wonderful company based in Wokingham.
This will be an initial 12 month contract as Marketing Manager, with potential to be extended.

This is a full time role, with hybrid working between the office and working from home.

Key duties include:

Develop and manage direct and promotional marketing strategies and plans which align with the business' objectives
Management of all marketing campaigns, from strategy, through planning, to completion
Develop and manage website and social media channel strategies and plans which align with the business' objectives
Liaise with marketing agency to continue the development and launch of the new website and marketing materials
Ensure marketing materials/campaigns/events align with the brand identity
Create and develop PowerPoint presentations for pitches which showcase services
Ensure CRM database is continuously up to date showing real time data
Schedule and attend internal meetings and minuting as requested

Key skills and requirements:

Marketing and events experience
Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not essential
Demonstrable experience of successful marketing campaign execution
Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with multiple deadlines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Use of CMS platforms (WordPress)
Able to update and use CRM Systems (salesforce)
Use of Market Research, Reporting and Analytical Software
