Trainee Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - up to £20k basic £25k package


They are keen to get someone who has previous sales environment experience or feels confident to step into a role which is heavily sales based.

This will be a Full Time position based in Oxford City Centre with the ability to work Saturdays.

They offer abusy and vibrant work environment to someone keen to take on a new role and increase their knowledge and skills within the industry.

Basic skills they are looking for are general IT, organisation, sales, diary management and a good understanding of excel.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator they offer training to qualify as ARLA and a chance to work your way up the ladder in your career.

This role is customer-facing both in and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required.


Main Duties for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator Role:

  • To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner.
  • To be responsible for the registration and qualification of applicants.
  • Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants.
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service.

Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required:


  • Possess strong negotiation skills
  • Stront IT skills including Excel
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be motivated and hugely driven
  • Hold a full UK licence and car
Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturdays one in three with time off in lieu
