This is a chance for you to join at a crucial yet exciting time of transformation and build strong foundations in this function - you will have the opportunity to set up processes and implement governance while working closely alongside the Service Insightsand Reporting Manager and other key stakeholders across the business.

Experience/ skills required

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and the structure within the tool
  • Knowledge of best practice in data governance
  • ITIL qualification or experience adopting ITIL frameworks/ ways of working
  • Capability to be hands on and forward thinking and work autonomously
