We are looking to speak with Telephone Counsellors in the Manchester and surrounding areas for a fantastic new role, with a BACP accredited employer.

Working in a dynamic and exciting environment, bring your focus and positivity to ensure clients get the best possible service.

Responsibilities

Work with a variety of individuals and Presentations including at risk
Clinical Assessments
Triage to determine the appropriate support
Record Keeping
Safe Guarding
Undertake training to improve skills

Requirements of the role:

Trained to Level 4 in Counselling
Minimum 100 hours of supervised counselling
Comfortable working over the phone
A good communicator
Solution focused
