We are looking to speak with Telephone Counsellors in the Manchester and surrounding areas for a fantastic new role, with a BACP accredited employer.


Working in a dynamic and exciting environment, bring your focus and positivity to ensure clients get the best possible service.


Responsibilities

  • Work with a variety of individuals and Presentations including at risk
  • Clinical Assessments
  • Triage to determine the appropriate support
  • Record Keeping
  • Safe Guarding
  • Undertake training to improve skills

Requirements of the role:


  • Trained to Level 4 in Counselling
  • Minimum 100 hours of supervised counselling
  • Comfortable working over the phone
  • A good communicator
  • Solution focused

Pay:
£26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
