The Role
Reporting into the commercial manager, day to day responsibilities include:

  • Receiving sales enquires for spares and sending off quotations to customers
  • Processing purchase orders of spares
  • Some expediting of invoices required
  • Expediting goods as per delivery dates
  • Liaising with planning and purchasing department

The Business
Our client is a successful and profitable engineering business.
This is a full time, permanent position working fully onsite.

The Individual

The ideal purchasing coordinator would have/ be:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems focused individual
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Previous experience in a engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Prior purchasing experience required
