The Role
Reporting into the commercial manager, day to day responsibilities include:
- Receiving sales enquires for spares and sending off quotations to customers
- Processing purchase orders of spares
- Some expediting of invoices required
- Expediting goods as per delivery dates
- Liaising with planning and purchasing department
The Business
Our client is a successful and profitable engineering business.
This is a full time, permanent position working fully onsite.
The Individual
The ideal purchasing coordinator would have/ be:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Systems focused individual
- Proactive approach to work
- Previous experience in a engineering/manufacturing environment
- Prior purchasing experience required
