You will report to a supportive and experienced Manager who will help you develop in your career path. You will be based in the customer service team providing 1st class service in a professional and efficient manner. 80 % of your interactions will be via incoming calls & queries.

Experience
It is essential that you have experience in an office setting dealing with external customers in a polite and professional manager

You will be proficient in Word and Excel
