P&O Ferries continues to grow and we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Scheduling and Inventory Data Planner to join us here in our Dover office.

We are looking for a driven and data savvy individual for this newly created role which will support the line manager in the schedule and inventory optimization process - so that the right capacity is on sale at the right time.

This is an exciting time to join P&O Ferries with our enviable brand history as well as 2 new state of the art ships joining our fleet in 2023 which will ensure P&O continues as a travel supergiant.

Location - Dover based we currently operate a flexible working policy.
What does it involve?

Support trend and booking analysis.
Determine capacity requirements.
Upload scheduled into ecommerce platforms.
Create and maintain excel tools to allow the team to load data into the sales system enabling minicruise set up, new product and product price loading

About you:

Highly IT literate and process orientated.
Experience in managing large data sets within Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate complex information.
Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
Strong proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
Experience in the shipping/logistics or similar industry is a plus.
