We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Officer to join our well-established and successful business in Bootle. This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to grow and develop within the organisation. What you'll be doing:


As a valued member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

You will handle a diverse range of employment matters, offering guidance and advice to managers while ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.

This role will provide you with valuable experience across various HR functions, making it ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting HR projects and play a key role in maintaining accurate HR systems.

Issuing HR documents and contracts, coordinating updates to roles and salaries, and liaising with payroll will be integral parts of your responsibilities.


What we're looking for:

We're interested in speaking with experienced HR Officers who hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher. Strong relationship management skills, combined with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities (including active listening), are essential. You should be adept at understanding business objectives and proposing strategic human resource initiatives to achieve them. Proficiency in HR systems is a must, and we encourage you to recommend and implement efficiencies and improvements.


Salary Range & Benefits:

In recognition of your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, depending on your experience. Additionally, we provide an array of excellent benefits to ensure your overall well-being and job satisfaction.
