Compliance Auditor

Core working hours:
MON-FRI
An opportunity has arisen within the Technical department for a full time Compliance Auditor.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assist in the running of the lines and other duties.

This role will support both Unit 10 and Unit 8, loading bay and the warehouse
Audit all production records, raising all non conformances to on line managers
Follow up corrective actions raised internally or externally
Carry out glass and plastic, GMP, personnel audits across site and feedback all NC
Collect product samples for lab submission, reference and taste panels
Submit samples using the Laboratory online portal.
Collect water and ice samples, hand and hygiene swabs for lab submission.
Prepare and carry out daily taste panels and end of life sampling.
Carry out daily weight and metal calibration
Carry out FFA oil sampling plan
Support all aspects of the intake of raw materials
Complete all relevant technical records and trackers
Drive food safety, legality and quality systems improvements
