Internal Sales Executive, Ellsmere

Basic salary between £30,000-£40,000 + commission (OTE £40,0000-50,000+)

Hybrid Working available
My client is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Inside Sales Manager. The role will play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens ofcalls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

The position is a hybrid one based in our office in Ellesmere with opportunity to partially work from home. Some travel may also be required.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Use installed base data to hunt for new Services Products customers (e.g. Accessories, Parts, Contracts);
  • Identify and develop E-Commerce opportunities utilizing digital platforms;
  • Make sure that SalesForce is updated with customer data as well as leads and opportunities;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas;
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory;
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals;
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects;
  • Act as a feedback loop for digital platforms & champion ecommerce;
  • Activate Marketing Automation with the market segments;
  • Define and assist amendments to the Service offering in the UK;
  • Help drafted and st up ProCare contracts;
  • Assist in the setting up, management and communication of maintenance plans.

Competences and skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers;
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment;
  • Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills;
- (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria;

  • Self driven and results oriented;
  • Excellent English proficiency is a must;
  • Proficiency in a second language will be considered an advantage;
  • Extrovert and openminded;
  • Curious and eager to develop;
  • Competitive and "challenger" type sales;
  • Wanting to make "a difference".
