LGM Developments are seeking another member to join our strong reputable team for all works and general maintenance of highly prestigious properties situated around the costal peninsula of The Witterings, Itchenor, Birdham & Bosham.

It is essential that you are well mannered, friendly, positive, trustworthy and have a can-do attitude. With the utmost attention to detail.

Successful applicants for this position will need to be very well experienced in general carpentry & maintenance & other potential job tasks could be described as follows;

  • Decoration, tiling, silicone/mastic work, weathering details, general other operations such as fencing/landscaping,
  • General fixing and overcoming problems & issues, fault finding
  • Clearly reporting issues, recording info to superiors, & client liaison. Assisting of other team members where required.

Salary:
£165.00-£195.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chichester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
  • Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
