Are you an experienced Senior Analyst with mortgage industry experience looking to rise to a new challenge?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead a dynamic cross-functional team in delivering client-based change encompassing all aspects of the SDLC.


You will be expected to contribute to design discussions, advise the business stakeholders on solutions, as well as progress reporting on the active pipeline of change.

The areas of work will include (but not limited to) the enhancement of the Pepper.
NET software platform (API and front-end GUI), high-level and low-level design documentation, as well as provision of development reporting.

You will mainly be using Agile methodologies but should be acquainted with others like Waterfall.

This position will call on your knowledge, experience, and creativity to become a key player in Client Change which will demand an extremely high attentionto detail and accuracy.


The main responsibilities of a Senior Analyst will include:

Overseeing the Client Change team:

  • Leading standups and workshops
  • Scheduling resource; planning workloads, and delegating tasks ensuring environment availability
  • Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
  • Acting as point of escalation, clearing roadblocks, and providing prioritisation guidance
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
  • Being the primary point of contact for the team with stakeholders and other internal customers
  • Ensuring all developments fit within the overall system architecture and design strategy, and making sure code is of a consistent and appropriate standard
  • Ensuring that coding standards are adhered to, and that code is built using industry best practice to provide full audit and control capabilities
  • Working with all stakeholders to best prioritise system developments and delivering to agreed release schedules
  • Ensuring documentation is UTD and accurate
  • Adopting practises to increase team efficiency, and providing motivation and guidance for process improvement
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
  • Collaborating with other change teams that work in both Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Providing reports on status and delivery performance
  • Providing accurate estimates and ensuring that delivery timelines are met
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards
  • Interacting with other managers to provide project management expertise to deliver change
  • Consider TCF and outcomes in all aspects of strategic planning


Experience in SQL, T-SQL, JIRA, Phoebus, IT, user interfaces, Jenkins, client change, SDLC, Waterfall, implementation, and coaching would suit this Senior Analyst role.

Essential Skills:


  • Detailed knowledge of mortgage and mortgagerelated products
  • Strong understanding of mortgage regulation and Credit Risk requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services policies
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment and across operational and functional teams
  • The ability to make viable decisions whilst working under pressure
  • Coaching/mentor experience
  • Business Analyst background
  • Good knowledge of Project, Jira, Excel, and T-SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Detailorientated and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • To be able to work within established internal controls and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Accurate, well organised, and reliable

Desirable Skills:


  • Having the ability to form productive relationships at all levels
  • Knowledge of Dimensions Access Accounting and Phoebus will be of benefit but not essential to this Senior Analyst role
