    Education Specialist: Inspiring Young Minds


    We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to create engaging learning environments for young people experiencing educational disengagement.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and be passionate about designing interventions that drive student success.


    Responsibilities:


    • Design and implement interventions to support students at risk of disengaging from education

    • Maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement

    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop targeted strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
    - Safeguarding certification
