Manage the repatriation service around the world with a sympathetic and efficient understanding of the needs of the customer.Answer phones to respond to customers, general customer enquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Speak on the phone with customers with a professional and efficient attitude but with a sympathetic / empathetic and understanding attitude.
- Communicate with customers to identify, research and resolve all queries and issues.
- Research billing issues and refer to appropriate department.
- Promote the company at exhibitions, chamber meetings, visits to Government offices and networking.
- Viewing deceased and taking photos where required, prior to transportation.
- Meet with families face to face.
- External visits to Government offices when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including empathetic approach
- Language skills in Department: French
- Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Ability to instil confidence in customer's eyes
- Excellent command of the English language written and spoken.
