Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
(plus free Chiropractic treatment)

We are a fast growing, high-energy, super sociable local Chiropractic clinic on a mission to make a difference to the lives of those in our community.

Every day we get the pleasure of greeting our lovely clients in our busy clinic and providing them with a service which restores and maintains their health via safe, drug-free, non-invasive and non-surgical approaches.

The _effect _that we have on their _life _is profound - being able to get back to the gym without pain, spending time with their children/grandchildren, being less grumpy (), taking less medication and generally living happier and healthier lives.

And their journey with our team starts from the moment they walk through the door and are greeted by our front desk, which is where you come in

Our administrative team - or as we call them Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) play a critical role in seeing our clients through their journey to improved health and wellbeing by providing exemplary customer care and undertaking a range of admin duties to keep our clinic operating smoothly.

What will you be doing?

Client Service and Support building caring relationships with clients, going above and beyond for them where possible; helping them to achieve 'winwin' outcomes by demonstrating an understanding of our approach to chiropractic care.
Diary and office management answering phones, scheduling, taking payments, supporting clients with queries, making the clinic a welcoming environment.
Helping to drive business by taking and making phone calls to clients who have shown an interest in our services.
