Description

Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Project / Systems Administrator for a 2-month Temp project (with the possibility for extension) to work 100% remotely.

Working alongside the HR and Compliance Manager, you will be confident to work on your own, and will be extremely organised, with strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.


This ideally a full time administration role working 37 hours a week at home with the necessary IT equipment provided, however the client can be flexible on working hours and also consider someone who would be able to work 4 days a week.

Due the sensitive and confidential nature of the data you will be working with, you will need to have a separate, private workspace at home.

Working as part of a global Team, your main duties of the role will be:

  • Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
  • Preparing and drafting any documents required for meetings
  • Creating engaging and creative PowerPoint presentations
  • Using Excel for reporting and audit purposes, must be able to use formulas
  • Analysing data and doing crosscomparisons on large datasets
  • Providing efficient and thorough admin support across multiple projects


You will have strong administration coordination experience ideally gained within an HR/ Project setting, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.

This role requires someone who is tech savvy who can confidently use PowerPoint and Excel (including formulas) along with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly experience working with Power BI would also be an advantage.
