**The Role: They are currently recruiting for a
Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a new and exciting role, where you will have the ability to
shape, build and develop the marketing campaign function for the business.


Your campaign activities will work across a diverse range of audiences and include B2B and B2C and support the mission in helping everyone to make smarter financial decisions.


This role is offered on a
hybrid basis giving you the flexibility to split your time between the Haddenham office and home.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing the marketing campaign strategy and annual campaign calendar
  • Planning, developing and delivering targeted integrated marketing campaigns that support business awareness, demand and lead generation requirements, delivering to the strategic plan
  • Managing an external marketing agency and working with internal design resource to develop appropriate messaging and creative
  • Using reporting insights to optimise live campaigns and conduct post campaign reviews
  • Managing a marketing campaigns team, spanning B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Working collaboratively and effectively within the team and across the business to identify campaign requirements and agree priorities.
  • Evolving and driving best practice for the team in terms of marketing campaigns, from briefing through to review, and implement mechanisms to create production efficiencies.
**What you need to succeed:

Qualifications & training:


  • Degree educated, or able to demonstrate equivalent ability
  • Marketing communications qualification/proven track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns to meet business needs

Knowledge:


  • Basic knowledge of the UK retail financial services industry

Experience:


  • Track record of developing and executing successful targeted B2B marketing campaigns to meet acquisition, retention, upsell and crosssell targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trusted relationships within the marketing team, other business areas and external suppliers
  • Ability to successfully manage a busy workload to meet deadlines
  • Line management experience
  • Working within the UK financial services industry
  • B2C campaign management experience
