About You:
You will be working within the customer services team to support Foresolutions customers.
The role is primarily customer support with order set up, delivery and 1st line technical support for our tracking, communications and IoT technology.
However, you will also be required to work with the operations team on deliveries of the solutions to the customers.
You will be good with IT and Technology and hold a current full UK driving licence. You will also be organised and work in a tidy fashion.We will also need you to be able to work on your own initiative and equally well at supporting the team around you.
Eventually, you may be required to go and meet our customers to help deliver training and provide technical support.Main Duties:
- Ensuring all Two Way or Poc Radio, Tracking, Vehicle Camera, Bodycam & Mobile Phone orders are on the system, programmed and delivered
- Picking, packing, & dispatching orders whilst ensuring the warehouse is kept organised and orderly at all time
- Managing customer warranty & repairs
- Helping with booking in of new stock, stock control, cycle counts and reordering
- 1st Line Technical support for our Asset & Vehicle Tracking, Business Comms & IoT Solutions
- Assist with customer training
- Complete and manage tickets & tasks on our HubSpot CRM
Requirements:
In order to excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate strong customer focused skills, great listening and be able to resolve customer support requirements.
We ask that you are a proactive and tenacious self-starter who has the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
With the technical knowledge of our products and your polite, professional manner, you will make sure that every customer you speak to leaves feeling like they have had a first class experience.
Ideally you will already have experience working within customer service and have the ability to handle conversations with confidence, maturity and professionalism.
Computer skills are also essential as you will be working across a variety of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
