TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR

£22, % Bonus

GLOUCESTER


This role is full time, shift-rota based between 7.00am and 12.00 am, Monday to Sunday, with the ability to work from home on certain shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a
Technical Support Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries in a friendly and positive manner, across a range of platforms
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently, escalating them when appropriate
  • Upselling products based on customers' needs
  • To promote, educate and provide support with new products
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of products, hosting technologies and competitors
  • Working to targets to achieve SLA's

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

As a
Technical Support Advisor, you need:


  • Experience in a call centre and/or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A confident and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong problemsolving skills, and experience with difficult customers
  • Some experience or an interest within IT sector is desirable but not essential
  • Ability and motivation to work and learn in a fastpaced environment
