This is the job:


Joining the AA as the Reward Business Partner, you will play a key role in designing and developing key reward policies and principles to ensure consistency across the group.

You will bring your expertise to help develop the Reward team's capability as a centre of excellence.


This role will be at the heart of leading the delivery of reward projects which effectively support engagement, retention and enabling the organisation to deliver its short, medium and long-term objectives.


What will I be doing?:


  • Play a central role leading the delivery of businesscritical reward projects through proactive engagement with key stakeholders
  • Lead on proactive communication and engagement with all key stakeholders within HR and the wider organisation
  • Translate business strategies into meaningful remuneration solutions
  • Support the Head of Reward in defining and developing the reward proposition, policies and practices for the AA
  • Ensure that all Reward related policies and practices are compliant with all regulatory requirements
  • Analyse economic and market data to design and deliver appropriate pay strategies that ensure The AA maintains a competitive pay position that enables attraction and retention of the right talent

What do I need?:


Capability, Knowledge and Experience:


  • Extensive end to end experience of all aspects within the reward cycle
  • Significant experience of the development and implementation of reward strategies
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management up to executive level
  • Comprehensive experience of using reward and recognition programmes to drive employee engagement
  • Highly proficient in analysing market and economic pay data and delivering salary benchmarking
