Role Description
We are looking for an Account Payable Executive to join our Rollover team in Slough.
Key Accountabilities

Preparation of payments, direct debits and uploading payments unto bank
Meet month end closing
Bank reconciliations
Ensure bank reconciliations tie to payments
Keeping track of price increases in key suppliers
Making sure SLT is informed
Assist both internal and external auditors with financial audit
Satisfy auditors that payments are authorized and checked against POs
Help to negotiate best payment terms
Maximise cashflow

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role or AAT advantageous
Knowledge of SAP advantageous but not essential
Good attention to detail
Be able to communicate at all levels
Computer literate
