Practice Nurse
Near Reading

Permanent

Salary - Up to £19.61ph (NEG, DOE)

A lovely surgery near Reading is looking for a Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a flexible surgery, so part-time Practice Nurses are welcome to apply. You'll be supported by their lovely clinical and non-clinical team to helpget you up to speed with their processes.


In return, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £19.61ph (NEG, DOE), 5 weeks of annual leave, bank holidays off, free onsite parking, NHS Pension, and Indemnity.

Ideally, they are looking to fill this role ASAP but are happy to accommodate notice periods.

Ideally, they would like an experienced Practice Nurse who is able to perform the following skills, but they are happy to support the right Practice Nurse.


Skills Required:

  • Cytology (up to date)
  • Baby and Travel immunisations
  • Chronic Disease Management; Asthma reviews, Diabetes
  • Flu Vaccinations
  • Dressings
The surgery is based across two sites that are close together. They have an organised clinical and non-clinical team to help get you up to speed with your processes.

This is a large surgery with over 20,000 patients on its list and growing. Their large team consists of 8 GP Partners, about 10 GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physician Associates, etc. Their close-knit team will help get you up to speed withthe surgery's processes.
