What you will do

Renault Truck Commercials in Felixstowe is looking for a Trainee with some Sales Administration experience to support the dealership across our admin and invoicing functions.

This position offers an excellent salary of up to £27,000 (DOE) working Mon-Fri 45 hours rotating weekly and and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with benefits of:

This position requires a proactive administrator to manage and process:

  • incoming depot invoices
  • check and agree invoiced amounts and coding
- process workshop job cards ensuring correct labour rates, parts codes and the correct prices are applied

  • Processing quotes for service, labour and parts
- telephone calls inbound and outbound regarding admin and invoicing queries
We are looking for someone who has experience and understanding of:

  • relevant systems relating to the Service Department and computer led invoicing
- excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- invoicing and coding experience
