HR Administrator needed to join a fast growing and family centric business in Milton Keynes - Up to £25,000 per annum - STRONG EXCEL SKILLS ESSENTIAL (V-LOOKUPS/PIVOT TABLES).
The business are a nationwide operation, who are part of a wider international group. The culture is certainly family centric and is also described as being collaborative and supportive. The direct line Manager for the position, HR Director, is a very wellknown figure within their field. Not just from a skills perspective, but their ability to grow careers and get the best out of people


The key duties of the HR Administrator will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing a full 360 admin support for the HR department.
  • Completion of compliance and eligibility to work in the UK checks.
  • Sending out communications to the business and new joiners to the organisation.
  • Filing and organisation of HR documentation and efiles.
  • Management of the departmental inbox.
  • Preparation of new starter documentation.
  • Creation of HR reports including data related to sickness, absence, engagement etc.
  • Supporting the HR department with ad hoc tasks when required.
  • Ad hoc support with low complexity ER cases when needed.
  • Have worked within a HR role previously, even if as part of a previous role.
  • Have strong Excel skills including but not limited to Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Have understanding of right to work documentation in the UK.
  • Have the ability to multitask and manage workload.
  • Working towards CIPD level 3 or higher would be highly advantageous
  • Posess strong administration skills.
