Expert Witness


I am looking for an Expert Witness who has a construction background ideally with previous experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor or Engineer.

The advisory role is working on a hotel project which is in dispute.


Location:

Remote - the project is in Poland


Day rate:

£750-£1000 per day


The role:


We are representing a hotel management client in a hospitality dispute with an Owner arising in relation to the management of a property in Poland.

As part of this arbitration, the Owner alleges that the Management organisation failed to maintain the Hotel/building.


Requirements:


  • Expert Witness experience
  • Construction background
  • Chartered Building Surveyor or Engineering background
  • Hotel project experience advantageous
