Qualifications:

Professional experience in HEOR or market access, preferably in a consultancy, HTA agency or pharmaceutical environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication tactics depending on topic and audience and confidence communicating with multiple, varying stakeholders
Project leadership experience and experience providing input to projects
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to mediate, negotiate and problem solve, including the development of risk mitigation strategies for identified challenges within a market access decision problem
Previous experience leading UK/EU HTA submissions and/or market access/HEOR projects preferred
Experience and understanding of the UK and/or European HTA processes preferred
