The Group consists of;

  • Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
  • Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.

About the role


We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Investment Surveyor to support with the delivery of Trident's investment programmes, stock condition surveys, ensuring that we achieve value for money and excellent customer satisfaction.


This role will be responsible for overseeing implementation Responsible for the project management of compliance and FRA remedial work programme, delivery of the planned and major works projects.


  • Experience of delivering of major works and fire safety remedial programmes in social housing stock.
  • Knowledge of undertaking stock condition surveys and effectively analysing data to help make investment decisions.
  • Experience of managing costs whilst ensuring that all works are undertaken to a high quality and in line with agreed specifications.
  • Knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation, standards and best practice.
  • Have a recognised fire safety qualification and or can evidence relevant industry experience.
