Location:
Fareham


Starting Salary:
Up to £25,000 plus uncapped bonus


Hours:
Monday to Friday - Between 8am - 6pm

The Role of the Customer Service Advisor:

This is a B2B role to provide advice to clients, providing renewal quotations for SME business and securing the business.

Meet agreed pre-defined KPI's for income, renewal retention, customer satisfaction/complaints and compliance.

  • Provide support to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements. Rebroking to other insurers when appropriate
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a successful renewal retention ratio.
  • Negotiate terms and quotations for MTA's, cancellations & renewal business depending on the query
  • Highlight appropriate additional products which align to their needs
  • Develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors.

Needed for the Role of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • A proven track record of working within a Sales Environment, ideally within an Insurance capacity.
  • Minimum of Personal Lines desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are essential in building rapport and relationships.
