Description

You will receive training on Sales Fundamentals as well as our industry specific knowledge.

The hands-on experience will entail collaborative efforts with portfolio landlords and renters moving to London focusing on the implementation and refinement of our innovative, game changing processes.

Even as an intern, you will play a pivotal role in achieving key milestones that will significantly advance our business objectives.

Responsibilities
-
Property Acquisition and Portfolio Development:

Seek and bring on new landlords and properties to add to our Asset Management portfolio. This involves researching potential properties, contacting landlords, conducting viewings and negotiating deals.

Tenant Relations:

Respond to tenant rental enquiries promptly and professionally, guiding them through the rental process, and successfully closing rental deals.

Sales Strategy Implementation:


Work closely with the rest of the sales team to implement and refine sales strategies that boost CITYHOUSE's market presence and profitability.

Collaboration:


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and Ops to ensure that sales targets align with the company's wider objectives.

Brand Representation:


Act as a brand ambassador for CITYHOUSE, adhering to our company's philosophy and values in all interactions, and reflecting our commitment to revolutionising the rental experience.

Continuous Learning and Development:

Take advantage of ongoing training opportunities to continually develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with landlords, tenants, and team members

£100.00-£250.00 per week
