Working as part of a team of four PAs

Client Specification:

Our client is a 23 year old male, living independently in Liverpool assisted by a team of 4 PAs.

He has a diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, is a wheelchair user and employs PAs to help him with all the things his disability prevents him from doing.

In his spare time our client enjoys socialising, including going out to clubs, pubs and concerts. Has a passion for music and film and football
.

Our client has a joyful and delightful character, has a good sense of humour and is great fun to be around.

Job Specification:

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute in making a positive difference to our client's daily life.

The role of a PA offers excellent job satisfaction, in helping and supporting our client to achieve his goals and ambitions.

You will provide our client with, personal care, health and social care, in his home and social life. You will work in partnership with professionals and PAs to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Working 12 hour shifts, on a rota basis, as part of a team of four PAs, including day/night shifts, weekdays and some weekend working.

We offer PAs flexible working arrangements.

This is an exceptional and exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our client's daily life, providing support, encouraging him to achieve objectives and promoting independence.

Care experience is not required, but desired. Full training will be delivered, in line with our client's specific needs and requirements.

Our Client lives in a two bedroomed apartment in Liverpool L1, and a separate bedroom is provided for the use of PAs whilst on shift.

Pay & Benefits

£11.37 per hour, £136.44 per day

5.6 week's holiday pro rata
