Primary Purpose of the Position To handle accounts payable for various sites (40%) To complete banking activities including reconciliations for Milliken Industrials Ltd (50%) Ad hoc accounting tasks as required (10%)

Principle Accountabilities
Accounts Payable Maintain a clean supplier ledger and ensure that supplier queries / issues on invoices and credit notes are dealt with promptly and accurately Research and resolve exceptions, resolve supplier queries in relation to payments and invoices and escalate internally if necessary Manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment Acquire appropriate approvals for non-PO requests Reconcile supplier statements to aged payable listing Process associate expenses, checking VAT reclaim amounts Support Organisational audits as necessary and prepare required reconciliations work Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Banking Banking reconciliations for 10 multi-currency accounts which involves period end close every 4 weeks Prepare payments via banking system for adhoc invoices and salary payments Manage the intercompany netting payments along with the US and ensure AP/AR are cleared as a result of the payments Prepare weekly payment runs using SAP for local and international payments
