Cover Supervisors required
Are you working as a Cover Supervisor, TA, tutor in Luton and looking for an increase on your daily wage? Perhaps you're a recent graduate looking for a role within education to gain and build experience?

Cover Supervisor - covering classes for KS3 and some KS4

Well run, organised staff and cover team.

Full time post Monday through Friday 8: pm

Permanent contract on offer for July 2023.

About the School - Cover Supervisor
This is a medium sized, non selective mixed school with Academy Status.

The school is consistently oversubscribed and pupils come from a wide catchment area from a range and mix of backgrounds.

Sport, Arts, technology and business continue to prove verypopular with students whilst English and Maths results continue to improve gradually but steadily under the current Head.


As a cover supervisor here you will be responsible for covering in teachers absence and ensuring pupils do not fall behind in their learning.

Work is set and the school operates a team ethos with cover.

The ability to adapt and think on your feet is importantas this is a varied role supporting across the whole school.


This is a full time post with opportunities to progress onto a permanent post with the school and / or further your career with routes into teaching if desired.

An active interest in supporting all areas of school life such as extra curricular clubs andactivities is also advantageous.


Role requirements

  • UK Education experience and degree educated (Ideally)
  • Youth work, tuition or voluntary experience, highlighted on your CV
  • Be able to interview ASAP and start in January 2023 or sooner if desired.
  • A bright and positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
