OneContact Programme Director

Type - Contract

Umbrella Day Rate - £750 to £805/day (Inside IR35)

Location - London with hybrid working

Looking for
OneContact Programme Director to lead the delivery of an IT Transformation programme across the full operating model (people, processes, systems, services, and governance).

An experienced high performing Programme Director
Managing large multidisciplined teams with a blend of Operational and Technology transformation
Preferably has appropriate qualifications for project and/or programme management (PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ or similar)
In depth understanding of consultancy and how to shape/deliver programmes
Proven track record and significant experience running large, complex transformation projects/ programmes
Prior experience of implementing a technology solution is desirable
Exposure to Enterprise Service Now Platform (One Contact) (nice to have)
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix management structure, with the ability to influence and direct teams who do not report directly into this role
Fast learner able to pick up and run with new challenges quickly, take on responsibility outside scope of current skills and make things happen. Strong analytical skills are essential
Excellent communicator formally, informally, in writing, in person and in the moment.
Mentally agile this is a complex, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous firm which requires an ability to think innovatively to make things happen. Strong reasoning and problemsolving skills are critical.
