Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and promote positive relationships with young people and other members of staff/parents, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and setting out learning materials and equipment for planned activities.
- Managing a classroom, supporting students in their learning through prepared work.
- Full clear instructions and resources for each lesson provided
- Maintain a positive climate for learning, a quiet working environment, ensuring good order and helping students to learn independently.
Demonstrate motivation, compassion, and the ability to support the teaching and learning of young people

Location:
based at the heart of Liverpool, the setting is a 5-minute walk from local public transport links, including Bus, Tram, and Train.
There is also a free onsite car park for staff, located within expansive grounds, providing accessto modern facilities and state of the art resources.
