The Role

The Visual Arts learning area is seeking an experienced practitioner to deliver digital design, graphic design, digital illustration, and game art to learners on vocational art and design programmes.

• You will be paid between £16.62 and £32.71 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
• You will have no fixed working hours and will work on an ad hoc basis/provide sickness cover or temporary cover.
• You will be paid a month in arrears e.g any hours that you work in November will be paid in December and so forth.

About You

• You must hold a professional qualification or first degree in a relevant area or equivalent.
• You must possess a teaching/training qualification or be prepared to work towards one and/or knowledge of embedding Key Skills into the relevant curriculum.
• You must have experience in software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and Blender.
• You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You must demonstrate a high level of commitment to the role and a passion for teaching and learning.
