Description

The Role

  • Running payroll end to end for your portfolio of clients using Merit payroll software
  • Import client payrolls, reconciliation of data and raising then sending invoices
  • Preparing payment batches
  • Sending out Net pay SMS to workers
  • Processing adjustments for workers at clients' requests

Queries

  • Dealing with payroll queries from operatives on the phone
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Liaising with clients to ensure smooth running payrolls
  • Escalate queries to Payroll Manager when necessary
  • Sending payroll documents (Payslips, P45s, CIS Statements etc.)

Adhoc

  • Checking post inbox & distributing to the team.
  • Assisting Accounts & Compliance departments where tasks overlap
  • Learning then continuously expanding knowledge of HMRC & CIS legislation

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
