MS Dynamics Functional Consultant - London | Hybrid - £55,000 - £70,000

OPUS is working with an exciting end user in the Life Sciences space who is actively looking for a Functional Consultant to join their cohort.

With a focus on biodegradable engineering, this business is 55 people strong, with plans to hit the 75 mark by the end of the year.

It's an exciting time to join them as the UK seeks to become carbon neutral, with increased investment in this area.


As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with the business and technical teams to gather requirements, design, configure, test and deliver Dynamics CE/CRM solutions to meet the business needs.

You will be working on a variety of projects related to biodegradable engineering, such as creating workflows, customizing entities, and designing reports.

Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting requirements, creating user manuals, and providing training to end-users.


Other day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to the project team and stakeholders on Dynamics CE/CRM capabilities and limitations
  • Conducting solution testing, bug fixing, and quality assurance
  • Creating mockups and storyboards to illustrate solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Leading and participating in meetings with project team members, stakeholders, and clients

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of MS Dynamics CE/CRM Functional experience
  • Experience with Azure/Azure DevOps
  • Customization, Configuration, and Mockups/Storyboards
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
