Description
A rapidly growing software house based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire are looking for a technical support representative to join our software support team, improving our customer and client relations, all in a friendly, laid back environment.
After adding to the team earlier in the year we are looking to further strengthen the team.Responsibilities:
- Providing answers to client's questions by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding the client through corrective steps
- Installing and configuring our software products
- Logging calls using our inhouse systems
- Providing training to new and existing clients on our software both in house and on site.
- Testing and learning our latest Rental and Fleet Management system (RFM)
- The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Problem solving skills
- A technical, logical thought process
- Selfmotivated and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- An impeccable phone manner
- A keen eye for detail
- Good understanding of the Windows operating system, and computers
This is a technical role where you will be supporting software products on customer computers where the issue may be with the computer itself, so a technical understanding is required.
Location:
Burton on Trent
Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Start Date:
April 2024
Interviews will look to be held in the second week of April.
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
