Technical Support Representative - Burton-On-Trent, United Kingdom - Blue Crystal Solutions Ltd

A rapidly growing software house based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire are looking for a technical support representative to join our software support team, improving our customer and client relations, all in a friendly, laid back environment.

After adding to the team earlier in the year we are looking to further strengthen the team.


Responsibilities:

• Providing answers to client's questions by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding the client through corrective steps
• Installing and configuring our software products
• Logging calls using our inhouse systems
• Providing training to new and existing clients on our software both in house and on site.
• Testing and learning our latest Rental and Fleet Management system (RFM)
• The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Problem solving skills
• A technical, logical thought process
• Selfmotivated and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• An impeccable phone manner
• A keen eye for detail
• Good understanding of the Windows operating system, and computers

This is a technical role where you will be supporting software products on customer computers where the issue may be with the computer itself, so a technical understanding is required.

A background in fleet management or maintenance software would be advantageous or exposure to the commercial vehicle industry.


Location:
Burton on Trent

Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday


Start Date:
April 2024

Interviews will look to be held in the second week of April.


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
