Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support & Data Management Assistant Apprentice with Bryson, a construction supplier based in Coulsdon and Crawley.

To give support to the IT Team and build, design and maintain ERP system.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Manage the IT ticket system, with first line response, assigning tasks within the IT team, and resolving within SLA.
• Building and maintenance of a central reporting platform for business intelligence internal and external.
• Hardware support, including setup of workstations, printers and ongoing maintenance
• Identify and resolve system, ERP or printer issues that are reported.
• Data imports and updates to ERP system.
• Building custom reports in excel, SQL and SAP.
• Maintenance of company dashboards.
• User training on systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• Organised and task management.
• Experience in setup of BI platform.
• Strong in communication and responsiveness.
• Skilled in reading, writing SQL.
• Experience is SAP preferred.
• Accurate data entry.
• Loyalty and confidentiality.
• Positive attitude.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Data Technician, with training in how to:

• Identify the right data sources for your business to inform decision making.
• Collect, compile and cleanse data accurately and securely.
• Identify, anaylse and interpret data, trends and patterns.
• Produce dashboards and reports to aid visualization and comparison.
• Summarise and present the results of data analysis, making recommendations for business improvement.
• Store and archive data in line with data protection legislation.
