Description
TonyG is a creative production house working on projects for brands and homes.

We have a growing team of crafters - from graphic designers to printers to cabinet makers - and we manage all aspects of projects from creation to fulfilment in our multi-purpose building in Kineton.

As our projects have grown in scale and number so have our business needs.

We now have an opportunity for someone to join our team and take responsibility for our Human Resources, for 15 hours per week over 2 or 3 days.

In HR terms that means treating each person completely individually, aiming to understand and manage their potential and aspirations, and when things are not working so well, to have an honest and respectful approach to resolving difficulties.


To enable this level of achievement at the size we're now at (23 and still growing), we're looking for a similarly minded and appropriately qualified HR Support to work alongside our leadership team.

It's a functional role which will rely heavily on your experience of compliance, but the idea you'll have the opportunity to influence and implement policy in a people-centric way, will be music to your ears.


On a day-to-day basis, the role will require implementing all processes associated with our employee lifecycle, including writing new, and improving existing, job descriptions; assisting with recruitment and advertising; all HR administration; maintaining records in line with GDPR requirements; maintaining and updating company policies and procedures; and providing HR support to staff.

Other essential qualities and skills include:
High level of organisational and administration skills.

Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and a desire to keep abreast of changes.

Excellent communication and people-skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Confident in using systems, particularly MS Office software.

Driving licence.

CIPD qualification, or other experience and qualifications you bring to our attention as valuable.
